Product Description
Anemone Mount Everest is a classic snow white, double flowering variety. Reaching mature heights of 30cm they have sturdy stems and a clump forming habit, ideal for borders androckeries. This Anemone is native to the Mediterranean and flowers from April to May. Ideally planted in the UK during mid to late summer, they will flower in the following spring. The leavesdie back after flowering, so we recommend planting with companions, so you do not get any bare spots and add a variety of colours into the garden display. This is a good plant for containers, borders and rockeries gardens. Anemones will thrive wherever the soil is rich and drainage is plentiful. The flowers are excellent for cut flower displays in vases. 5/6cm bulbs supplied.

Growing at a glance…
Anemone corms and bulbs can be planted roughly 5-7cm deep and twice their width apart. Soak them in water for 12-24 hours before planting. They are an excellent choice for borders or rockeries, but can also be grown in pots or containers. Ensure they have good drainage, as these blooms are very sensitive to damp conditions. They will naturalise and multiply over the years.
