Product Description
The Admiral is a vibrant violet Anemone with ruffled, semi-double flowers and a black centre. This stylish variety is perfect for planting in your patio pots and containers where it will grow to a compact height of 30cm. The Admiral makes excellent cut flowers for the vase. We recommend planting with Mount Everest to give additional impact to your spring display, as illustrated. Flowers April to May. 5/6cm bulbs supplied.

Growing at a glance…
Anemone corms and bulbs can be planted roughly 5-7cm deep and twice their width apart. Soak them in water for 12-24 hours before planting. They are an excellent choice for borders or rockeries, but can also be grown in pots or containers. Ensure they have good drainage, as these blooms are very sensitive to damp conditions. They will naturalise and multiply over the years.
