Canna Tropicanna Gold produces a dense clump of luscious bright green foliage with golden stripes. From July to October, golden orange flowers emerge from the leaves on long stems that reach a height of 1.2m. This spectacular Canna will brighten up your summer borders, patio pots and containers and are ideal as a showy statement feature in the garden. As with other varieties of Canna, Tropicanna Gold is easy to grow. Top quality tubers supplied.

Growing at a glance…
Unpack immediately upon arrival and give them a little water if needed. If potting up into containers, use a balanced compost as it is inclined to produce a hard crust if allowed to dry. Water freely during the growing season and make sure to dead-head regularly to prolong flowering. To plant bulbs, ensure they're planted 7-10cm deep. They are often best started in pots and then transplanted in borders or beds towards the end of May. The best placement for them is to plant them in a sunny position, preferably out of the wind.
