Lilac Time is a beautiful Dinner Plate Dahlia variety with huge lilac-purple flowers that really light up the garden during the summer months. Perfect for a border or patio containers the giant flower heads make this variety exceptional for cut flowers for the vase. Height 1-1.2m and spread 60cm. Flowers June to October. Top grade tubers supplied.

Growing at a glance…
Dahlia tubers can be planted outdoors, 10cm deep in fertile well-drained soil in spring when the frost has disappeared. They prefer to be in a sunny location and spaced at approximately 45cm apart. In areas where there is extreme cold, dig up dahlias and store in potting compost over the winter. Apply a high potash fertiliser every few weeks in the summer to help growth. Dead head when necessary.
