For a spicy mixed summer display there is no simpler option than this. As the name suggests, Helenium Hot Lava produces a constant flow of large disk shaped flowers in a riot of scarlet's, blood-oranges and ruby tinted yellows adding warmth to your summer displays. The daisy like blooms are borne on 80-90cm stems amongst bright green leaves from July-September. First grade loose roots supplied.

Growing at a glance…
Apply mulch in winter to help protect against the cold. Deadhead regularly to promote new flowers. Suitable for planting in all types of well drained garden soil. They work best once planted in sunny location. To plant loose roots, soak them in a bucket of water for 1-3 hours before planting, then dig a hole in the border that’s big enough to house the root system. Firm in gently and water well.
