Product Description
For fans of the traditional Lupin or 'Lupinus' who are looking for something a little more compact, this new mix is the perfect choice for the bed or border. These dwarf varieties only grow to a maximum height of 60cm and are available in a vast array of summer colours. Like the standard sized Lupin plant, Dwarf Lupins produce pea-like flowers, seemingly bursting with colour, from the base of the flower spike over several peaks in early summer. Clean-cut spring green foliage form at the base of each spike in star formations, creating a neat and pretty bed. If aphids are a problem for you, simply plant your Lupins near Petunias, garlic, chives or onions. How about planting with Marigolds, Sunflowers, Daisies or Alyssum? Not only will your border look beautiful, but these plants are known to attract beneficial insects like ladybirds. Flowers June-July. Supplied as UK-grown 5cm module plants.
We guarantee our great value mixture packs contain a comprehensive blend of variety and colours. By definition the components of the mixtures are not labelled/named on arrival.
