Burgundy Lace is a cool metallic looking fern with spectacular burgundy infused foliage. These striking deciduous perennials known as Japanese 'painted lady ferns' are easy to grow and are low maintenance making them the perfect addition for even the most novice of gardeners. These unique and intriguing ferns have a dramatic appearance with arching foliage that appears a purple maroon then matures to a silver green colour with vivid purple stems. They reach a mature height of 50cm so are perfect for patio containers as well as adding a dramatic appearance to garden borders. A great choice for the garden as they are pest and disease free and will thrive in fertile, well-drained soil. 9cm pot plant supplied.
