How to Order

There are two basic ways to place an order. The first is where you already have a catalogue and know the codes of the products you require, and the second is where you want to browse the site to find the products.

You have a catalogue and know the items you require:

• Select the 'View Trolley' button from the top of any page
• At the top of the trolley page, fill in the box 'Catalogue No.' and the 'Quantity'. Then press 'Add to trolley'
• The page will be refreshed and the contents of the trolley will have been updated with the item you selected
• If you wish to order further items then simply repeat the process until you have entered all you require.
• You may delete items by selecting the 'delete item' icon adjacent to the item.
• You may amend the order quantity of an item by changing the number in the quantity box and then selecting the link 'Click here to recalculate order total' at the bottom of your shopping basket.
• Once the trolley page shows all the items you wish to purchase then select the 'Proceed to checkout' button
• A form will appear for you to complete your name and address details. Once completed select the 'Proceed to Secure Server' button.
• You will be transferred to the secure server. This is indicated by the image of a closed padlock on the bottom roght of your browser window.
• A form will be presented for you to complete with your credit card details.
• Once the form is completed, click on 'Place Order'.
• You will receive a 'Thank you message' and the order process is complete.
• In due course, you will receive an e-mail confirming the order details and that it has been passed for processing.

You want to browse the site and place an order:

• Use the 'Products' drop-down menu to select the group of products you wish to view or select the 'Special Offers' menu button view those items.
• Having selected a product group 'Special Offers' you may be presented with further choices, but at the appropriate stage you will be presented with a list of individual products.
• If you wish you can click on the small image of the item to get a pop-up window with a larger image. Click on 'Close Window' the close the pop-up window.
• Having decided on a particular item, select the 'Add to basket' button alongside the item.
• The trolley page will be displayed showing the item(s) you have added to the trolley.
• If you wish to order further items then simply repeat the process until you have entered all you require.
• You may delete items by selecting the 'delete item' icon adjacent to the item.

Use the Search facility to find a Product:

• Type into the Search box at the top of a page, the name of the product you wish to find.
• You will be presented with a list of those products whose name or description contains the text you have typed.
• Having decided on a particular item, select the 'Add to trolley' button alongside the item.
• The process then follows that given in the section above.

Points to note:

• Debit/Credit Cards - We accept the following credit cards for on-line orders: Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Delta.
• Savers - Many of the items are the subject of 'Savers', where, if a certain quantity or combination of items is ordered, you will get them at reduced cost or additional items at no additional cost. If you wish to take advantage of the offer, simply:

  • Any free gifts will be included with your order automatically
