Product Description
The warm, balsamic and aromatic flavour of oregano makes it the perfect addition to Mediterranean and Mexican dishes. It is also a very healthy addition to the diet - just two tablespoons of raw oregano contains 14% of your daily recommended amount of the rare vitamin K. The plant itself is a small, branchy shrub with stems covered in small greyish- green ovate leaves and white or pink flowers. At Parker's we'd recommend planting oregano near your broccoli, cabbage and cauliflower to repel hungry cabbage white butterflies. Strategically planted oregano works just as effectively at repelling cucumber beetles. 3cm jumbo plug plants supplied.
