Very pretty and easy to grow
A very pretty shrub, not very sensitive for soil and water conditions than some other. I have it in rather a lot shadowy spot, very close at the fence-wall, and around they are higher shrubs (Mahonia ‘Winter Sun’ and Sambucus nigra ‘Black Lace’ which contrast with the Maple beautifully) and despite of all, the shrub is after 3 years more than twice larger. The branches grow rather long and maybe the shrub could be cut to get it more compact. Especially in the shadowy spot the Maple gives nicely sunny light impression.

Acer orange dream
This is a lovely acer,it has gorgeous yellow foliage with orange tips, it grew very fast doubling its size in one season,i put it in semi shade against a dark shed and it stood out with its lovely colour foliage,i would advise everyone to get one if you like bright colours.
