Weigela Olympiade is a vibrant and versatile shrub that's a must for the garden. The superb, large bright clusters of ruby coloured flowers in early and late summer provide a fantastic contrast to the brilliant yellow foliage. Eventual height and spread of 2m but can be kept back with regular pruning which will encourage stronger flowering. Prune after flowering ends as the new blooms will come on next year's new wood, never prune back more than one third. 9cm pot plant supplied.

You should lightly prune back annually, following flowering. Remove any wayward or damaged branches.Plant in any good quality garden soil, as long as it is relatively moist. Plant in full sun or in partial shade.
