Product Description
These superb quality upright double blooms will bring a pop of colour to your summer bedding containers. Clusters of brightly-coloured delicate petals sit on a bed of spades of foliage. We recommend combining your Double Begonias with Cascading Begonias in the same pot, for an exciting display of different types. Tubers can even be stored over winter and reused year after year, making the Begonia excellent value for money. Begonias prefer half-sun and a rich moist soil with good drainage. Begonia tubers can be started off in conservatory or greenhouse in trays or pots, and should only be planted outside once all frost has disappeared. Flowers June to October. Height 20cm. Top quality 3-4cm tubers supplied.

Growing at a glance…
Plant your Begonia tubers in early spring, as long as all threat of further frosts has disappeared. Begonias are incredibly sensitive blooms and need to be protected from harsh cold weather. Tubers can be started indoors as early as February if the weather is too unpredictable. Plant hollow side up, 2cm apart and 2.5cm deep. When leaves begin to appear, plant outside in your desired spot that receives plenty of sunlight. Water regularly during warm and dry weather.
