Commonly known as Jacobs Ladder, our Polemonium Collection provides a selection of fast-growing perennials. Producing beautiful, curved petals that surround sunny stamen, the leaves are rung much like that of a ladder, hence their name. These beautiful flowers bloom from May through to September and will reach a mature height of 35cm, making them perfect for patio containers or garden borders. Plant individually or together to create more a feature within well-drained, fertile soil in direct or partial sunlight for optimum results. In the collection you will receive 5 of each colour: Polemonium Blue Pearl and Polemonium White Pearl. UK-grown 5cm module plants supplied.
