Product Description

Rudbeckia fulgida var. sullivantii 'Goldsturm' is a winner of multiple awards, not least the RHS Award of Garden Merit, and is a favourite of many gardeners. Masses of 13cm wide daisy like flowers burst into bloom in from mid-summer until the first frosts. Bright orange-yellow petals arch back from a prominent conical disk at the centre earning them the common name, cone flowers. Upright stems bare narrowly ovate leaves at the base attractively filling out this bush like perennial. Valued for their compact height, this is a must have and reliable choice for the garden. Growing at a glance…

Rudbeckias are best planted in spring or summer when the soil is warm (May-June). To plant a module, dig a hole in the border that’s big enough to house the entire root. Do this until the top of the soil from the module is just below the top of the pot. Fill around the modules with soil and firm them down gently. Water well.
