A great new introduction for people who love the giant fruit of Bramley, however Bountiful has a much more compact growth habit. Easy to grown and as the name suggests a heavy cropper. The apples are sweet and great for cooking, perfect for simple baked apples as the fruit will keep its shape when cooked. This is a self-sterile tree so will need a pollinator. We have chosen to sell only group B and C varieties, so our entire range of apples will cross pollinate with each other to help you easily choose a partner. We supply hardy two year old trees grafted onto dwarf root stock called M26.

Order any two or more large fruit trees for only 12.99 each saving 2 per tree.

Apple trees are suitable for planting in most types of moderately fertile, well drained soil, although they do not like acid soil. If possible prepare the ground some time in advance of planting. Open out holes and plant with enough space to accommodate the roots without cramping them. Plant in a sunny location as they do not prosper too well in the shade. Make sure that you plant with a stake, as this will be needed for at least five years to help support the tree. Begin weed control prior to planting and keep a clean ring around the plant (with a radius of approx 24inches).
