Product Description
This Aster Alpinus Mixed provides cheerful ornamental flowers in daisy shapes with bright yellow centres surrounded by petals in a variety shades of pinks, blues, violets and creamy whites. The leaves are narrow and dark green. The heavy cluster of flowers will produce an ever increasing mass of colour every year from August to well into October and only grow to 30-40cm. Ideal for rockeries, dry stone walls or general ground cover where it will help to suppress weeds. Supplied as 7cm pot grown plants.
We guarantee our great value mixture packs contain a comprehensive blend of variety and colours. By definition the components of the mixtures are not labelled/named on arrival.

Growing at a glance…
Plant from March-May for summer varieties, and from September for autumn flowering varieties. Position somewhere semi-shaded, like under a tree or shrub. Dig a generous hole to house the root, adding some grit to the bottom of the hole to aid drainage. Add the module to the hole and fill the edges with soil, firming it down so it's nice and snug. Water well once planted, ensuring their soil stays moist - especially through prolonged drought. Leave to set seed once they've finished flowering or cut them right back if you don't want them to do this.
