Product Description
Buddleja Santana produces vibrant chic violet flowers which will brighten up any border, as well as producing a beautiful fragrance that will exude into your beautiful garden. The honey fragrance on this Butterfly Bush encourages bees and butterflies into the garden. The shape of the flowers is very distinguished, with the gently arching branches. This vigorous deciduous buddleia shrub will withstand hard pruning so can be kept to a size required to suit any garden. Its ultimate mature height is 2.5m. Supplied in 9cm pot.

Buddleia are well known for the hardiness that they provide, making them a perfect choice for long-term borders/rockeries. They can be pruned hard after flowering, and you should cut shoots back to strong buds/younger growth. Do not let plants dry out in the summer, particularly in hot weather.Buddleia can be planted in almost all types of soil, provided it is relatively fertile and that there is plenty of good drainage available. They prefer full sun or partial shade.
