A spectacular and unusual new variety added to our 2020 range, Caryoterpis Stephi is a compact, upright shrub bearing masses of pretty flowers. The flowers on this Bluebeard variety display various vibrant shades of pink through to a delightful lilac. The wonderfully fragrant flower clusters bloom from July to September above aromatic, lance-shaped green leaves. This is an excellent choice for pot growing, or as part of a sunny border. Caryoterpis Stephi should be grown in moderately fertile, well-drained soil in a sheltered sunny position in order to promote excellent growth. Height 60-90cm. 9cm pot plants supplied.

Generally disease free. Heat tolerant. Fairly drought tolerant once established.Before any new growth durng the spring, fertiliser should be applied to help the growth period.It should be watered regularly during its first year in order to establish a strong and extensive root system. Cut back after the flowering period in order to promote growth and maintain shape.
