Growing at a glance…
Due to the origins of Ceanothus, it's best positioned where it can reach plenty of sunlight! Its soil can be moist but must be well-drained. Plant in autumn when the soil is warm - dig a large hole and add plenty of grit to the bottom to ensure there is proper drainage.
