Product Description
Delphiniums are a staple for the modern British gardener and this pretty variety is sure to avoid disappointment. With their lovely lavender-pink flowers and brilliant white centres, they really create a statement within the garden. Delphinium Guinevere is a hardy perennial - its huge spikes are perfect for tall borders or planted in patio containers and make wonderful cut flowers for the vase. We recommend planting in areas of direct sun in well-drained, fertile soil where they will thrive. Reach a mature height of 1.5m and flower during the summer months from June to September. Growing at a glance…
Do not allow the ground to dry out in the summer and water regularly during the flowering period to help prolong their blooms. Delphiniums are able to tolerate most types of garden soil. Plant in prepared (well-drained) soil, in full sun or partial shade. Dig a hole that’s big enough to house the module. Fill around the modules with soil and firm them down gently. Water well once planted.
