The Geranium is a great staple plant for the British garden, Great Balls of Fire Lavender produces beautifully vivid flowers that sit amid sense dark green foliage, similar to that of an ivy. With a wonderful trailing habit of 30-60cm, the large showy flowers can be planted alone in hanging baskets or patio pots and containers, or together with complimentary colours. Perfect for the British weather, this stunning variety possesses sturdy, upright stems that are resilient to strong weather, reach a height of up to 50cm and flower from June to August. Growing at a glance…
Dead-head regularly to prolong flowering. Water regularly during hot and dry periods and make sure the soil is not allowed to dry out. On arrival, give them a little water (if required) and light and they will be ready to plant within 48 hours. Plant in pots with prepared soil and make sure the soil is moist on planting. They will thrive in sunny locations.
