Growing at a glance…
Ideal for surface sowing, regardless of whether growing indoors or outdoors. Press the seeds gently into the compost, as they need sunlight to germinate. Ideal for indoor sowing from March to May as they need warmth to germinate too, which can be provided by a heated propagator or greenhouse. Will germinate within 10-14 days if given perfect growing conditions. If growing outdoors for a lawn effect, plant seeds 30cm apart as they will soon spread to form a clump-like matting.
