Musa Ensete Maurelii

Musa Ensete Maurelii

OUT OF STOCK
Reaching a mature height of 3m, Ensete 'Maurelii' is a striking exotic evergreen. Holder of the RHS Award of Garden Merit, this fast-growing perennial produces eye-catching green and bronze paddle-shaped leaves upon a strong dark red stem. Clusters of cup-shaped flowers accompany the foliage finally giving way to dry banana-like fruits as the seasons progress. An ideal choice for bringing a tropical atmosphere to the British garden, this stunning evergreen will be an excellent focal point when planted in the garden border or in large containers. 9cm pot plants supplied.
