This wonderful mixture of Platycodon grandiflours provide pretty flowers in varying colours. From the pastel pinks to the vibrant blue-violet hues, these remarkable balloon flowers sit atop strap-like foliage and reach a mature height of up to 45cm. The saucer-shaped flowers look idyllic when planted at the front of the garden border or within patio containers and flower from June through to September. We recommend planting in well-drained, fertile loam soil in a sunny location where they will thrive. First grade loose roots supplied.

Why not plant as part of a beautiful long summer border display or perhaps in a rockery. They need to get watered regularly during the summer but take some care not to over water them. Slugs and snails will attack young shoots so apply some pellets to discourage them.Plant in prepared soil, well dug and containing rotted manure. They are suitable for sunny or lightly shaded locations.
