Grow in fertile soil in a sunny position. This tree will arrive to you as a bare-rooted plant, which are easy to manoeuvre. Find a position in the garden that suits your trees needs and dig a square hole that will hold the root with extra wiggle room.
Gently loosen the root ball and plant in the hole, covering it with soil so it's nice and sturdy. You can also add a stake if you feel it needs the extra support.
