Salvia greggii 'Salvito Violet' is a beautiful, shrubby perennial variety of Sage known for its striking violet-purple flowers and long blooming period. Perfect for growing in borders or large containers, where they will attract bees, butterflies and other pollinators with ease. The flowers float on their stems with masses of blooms and highly aromatic foliage, so plant somewhere you can appreciate their wonderful scent. They are natural show-stoppers and very low-maintenance, making them the perfect option. Height up to 100cm.

Growing at a glance…
Unpack immediately upon arrival and give them a little water if needed. If potting up into containers, use a balanced compost (that is not too peaty) as it is inclined to produce a hard crust if allowed to dry. We recommend a John Innes Compost No 2. Water freely during the growing season and make sure to dead-head regularly to prolong flowering.
