Product Description
Polychroma is an amazing Euphorbia variety which produces bright yellow flowers against a back-drop of contrasting dark green foliage. Euphorbia polychroma's green-tinged yellow blends easily with a range of colours. Yellow and blue are complementary colours, so the effect is striking. Bluebells, scillas, pulmonarias are the obvious combination. This is an easy plant to grow, and it is pleasingly long-lived. It performs best in full sun, but does well enough in a little shade. It's compact shrubby habit makes it ideal for garden borders or patio containers. Height and spread 40cm. Flowers May to June. 9cm pot grown plants supplied.

Growing at a glance…
Trim lightly in late winter/early spring to remove any unwanted shoots. They should be planted in any fertile soil, as long as there is good drainage. Locate in a sunny or partially shaded area, and do not let the soil dry out, especially in bouts of warm weather. To plant a module, dig a hole in the border that’s big enough to house the entire root. Do this until the top of the soil from the module is just below the top of the pot. Fill around the modules with soil and firm them down gently. Water well.
