Delivery Details
Although we do deliver to the vast majority of areas within England, Scotland and Wales, unfortunately, are unable to dispatch our goods to the Channel Islands due to excessive freight costs.
If you require delivery to either Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, please visit www.jparkers.com.
We make a single flat rate charge towards postage and packaging of £4.99 per order, regardless of how many actual deliveries result from the order. This differs from seed-only deliveries, which will be charged at £2.49 per order.
Our goods are only supplied in quantities or collections as described.
Any free gifts will be sent automatically with your order.
The Process
Due to the nature of our products, there may be instances where parts of your order are dispatched before others. This is to ensure our plants arrive to you in the best quality and condition, and when they’re ready to be delivered, we will send them to you.
We will keep you updated on the status of your order, so you can rest assured knowing that your goods will be with you as soon as we can dispatch them.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you to let you know it’s on the way! Please provide us with your email address when placing an order to be kept up to date with its progress.
