When to Plant Winter Bedding
Winter bedding plants can be planted from early autumn. Any time between September and early October. However, older plugs like our Garden Ready types are fully grown and can be planted later in autumn or early winter thanks to their hardy nature.
When to Plant Summer Bedding Plants
Late spring is the best time to plant summer bedding plants after the final frost has passed. This can be from late May, as spring ends and early summer begins. Summer bedding isn’t frost-hardy like winter varieties and will die back if it’s too cold.
