There has been unprecedented demand across the industry this season and with this increase in demand comes an increase in the number of customers who need our help. Our Contact Centre team are doing everything possible to make sure we answer your queries quickly, including working additional hours and training new colleagues to help. We appreciate your patience and request that customers check our updates page before getting in touch.

However, we would like to assure all our customers that there is no delay in delivery across most of our range. Our warehouse teams are working flat out to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and we are currently dispatching over 75,000 consignments per week. Please only contact us to chase your order where it is urgent and make sure you have checked your order confirmation for the lead time on individual items. Where you have provided us with an email address, we will let you know when items are on their way to you.
