Product Description
These vibrant Aquilegia Star Constellation mixed blooms of star-shaped flowers. This mixture is a great way of injecting colour into the summer garden from June through to late September. Standing at 60-80cm tall, the bonnet-like flowers sit atop sturdy stems and leafy foliage below that are great for adding character to the front of the garden border or creating a talking point on the patio in pots and containers. Preferring direct sun or partial shade, we recommend planting in well-drained, fertile soil.

Growing at a glance…
Ideally, plant your aquilegia in spring. This gives the plants time to establish before growing. Position somewhere sunny or semi-shaded. Plant in spring, digging a generous hole to house the module, adding some grit to the bottom of the hole to aid drainage. Add the module to the hole and fill the edges with soil, firming it down so it's nice and snug. Water well once planted - although, when they've established, they shouldn't need regular watering (except in a prolonged drought). Deadhead spent flowers to keep the plant nice and neat.
