Growing at a glance…
Coleus can be planted anywhere around the garden, but is a wonderful choice for patio pots and containers as the soil is well-drained. Ensure that you plant these modules only once the threat of frost has disappeared. Performs best in areas with partial shade, but will tolerate direct sunlight. To plant, remove module and tease roots. Dig a hole big enough for the module to sit in comfortably and space each module 30cm apart. Cover with soil, pat down firmly, and water liberally.
