The Holly aquifolium Argentea Marginata, also known as silver-margined holly or broad leaved silver holly. This variety will produce masses of glossy green, prickly foliage with silver margins. We'd recommend planting these evergreen beauties as specimen trees in the border. They are self-fertile, producing masses of red berries in winter. When birds can't find anything else to eat they will flock to the holly bush, especially the sweet robin who will appreciate the berries most. Stems of holly are ideal for winter floral arrangements. Holly work in virtually any situation as long as there is adequate sunlight. Pot grown plant with 35-40cm stem with bushy head.

Unlike Holly bushes, which can grow to an enormous size, these are on 35-40cm stems with a bushy head which cannot become rampant. Ideal for patios, borders and are great by a pond.
