Vitis 'Glenora' is a hardy, seedless and delicious variety that produces an abundance of succulent bluey-black, medium-sized grapes during the summer months. An excellent choice for those looking to grow their own fruit; they can be eaten fresh, used in cooking or are a favourite with amateur wine makers. This variety will thrive in warm greenhouses but if growing outside, we recommend planting in sunny, sheltered areas where their natural climbing habit will reach an eventual height of 2m. They can be grown within containers for smaller gardens or create a spectacular feature within garden borders. Once cropping has finished, the luscious foliage then develops to delightful autumnal colours creating continued interest to the garden display.
