Product Description
A native of eastern Asia commonly known as the Japanese Tassel Fern this bushy evergreen fern presents shuttlecock shaped stiffly arching lances of bi-pinnate fronds. The young fronds appear yellow-golden green and darken as the plant matures. A great plant for providing body and interest to the garden all year long. Can be grown in containers or used to underpin larger shrubs as part of a decorative border. The Royal Horticultural Society has given Polystichum polyblepharum the Award of Garden Merit for its reliable performance, stability of colour and form and good resistance to pests and diseases. 9cm pot grown plants supplied.
