Aster are one of the best border plants, perfect also for rock gardens and pots. They will produce an ever increasing mass of colour every year from August well into October. Helianthemum, also known as sun rose, have saucer shaped flowers of bright vibrant colours in Spring and early Summer. They make terrific ground cover as they will produce masses of bright and interesting flowers, perfect for adding intrigue to areas in need of it. They are also a favourite of bees and butterflies and will attract these pretty visitors to your garden.
