An amazing thistle-like perennial that produces sensational red feathered flowers that stand upon sturdy 80cm stems and hover above grey-green leaves. Native to the Balkan States, the deep red flowers emerge from bronze buds from June through to August to create a sensational display. Attracting pollinators such as bees and butterflies into the garden, they are an ideal choice for planting within garden borders or patio containers to add a unique feature to the summer garden. They also make an interesting addition to a cut flower display that can contrast well with other perennial flowers. 9cm pot plants supplied.
