Painted Girl is a new and unusual bi-colour decorative Dahlia that will look great as a feature plant in a garden border or in a patio display. It will produce masses of bright pink blooms with purple-red markings throughout the summer months that make superb cut flowers for the vase. Height 90cm. Flowers July to October. First grade dahlia tubers supplied.

Growing at a glance…
Dahlia tubers can be planted outdoors, 10cm deep in fertile well-drained soil in spring when the frost has disappeared. They prefer to be in a sunny location and spaced at approximately 45cm apart. In areas where there is extreme cold, dig up dahlias and store in potting compost over the winter. Apply a high potash fertiliser every few weeks in the summer to help growth. Dead head when necessary.
