With outstanding flavour our 'Sutton's Seedless' Rhubarb is a real delight. A popular choice for both novice and experienced gardeners alike, the humble rhubarb plant is a British summertime classic. Rhubarb 'Sutton's Seedless' produces rosy stalks of firm, tartly sweet flesh topped with bushy green foliage, which can be cooked into preserves or stewed with other summer fruits and added to crumbles and pies for a tangy summer treat. This new, seedless specimen should be harvested later in the season than most others and is best suited to sunny or partially shaded positions and well-drained, fertile soil. First grade, open ground crowns supplied.

Rhubarb is the easiest yet most rewarding fruit to grow in the garden. Our strong crowns should be planted 75cm apart. After the first season they will be ready to crop. Divide every 4/5 years and give your surplus crowns to friends or familyPlant in any reasonable garden soil that is well drained. Plant at approx 75cm apart and deep enough so that the tip of the crown is at soil level.
