The assortment of stunning colours mean that they can be planted individually but look amazing when planted together to create a real feature within the summer garden. Blooming from June through to September, this beautiful collection make excellent cut flower displays to be enjoyed indoors. When planting outside, they are ideal for the garden borders, patio pots and containers, reaching a mature height of 60-80cm. The collection includes one each of Crimson Star (red), Blue Star (bright blue), White Star, Yellow Star, and Rose Queen. UK-grown 7cm module plants supplied.

Growing at a glance…

Ideally, plant your aquilegia in spring. This gives the plants time to establish before growing. Position somewhere sunny or semi-shaded. Plant in spring, digging a generous hole to house the module, adding some grit to the bottom of the hole to aid drainage. Add the module to the hole and fill the edges with soil, firming it down so it's nice and snug. Water well once planted - although, when they've established, they shouldn't need regular watering (except in a prolonged drought). Deadhead spent flowers to keep the plant nice and neat.
