Alliums, also known as ornamental onions, are grown for their showy flower heads, which come in wide range of sizes and shades of blue, purple, pink, white and yellow. Even when the plants die back, the dried flower heads look attractive in the garden, or they can be cut for an indoor display. These dainty Alliums flower from May to June. They are great choice for rockeries or the front of the border, or patio pots. Height 30-60cm. 4cm+ bulbs supplied.
