Carrot Touchon is an orange carrot that originates from France. This Nantes variety has a sweet flavour, ideal for eating fresh or adding to your favourite recipes. Can be stored easily, too. Perfect for any allotment or kitchen garden.

Growing at a glance…
Till the bed deeply when the soil is dry. Sow the seeds directly outside into shallow holes and cover lightly with soil. Carrots do not transplant well, so sowing directly outdoors is always advised. Thin seedlings carefully to 2cm apart, watering beforehand to avoid disturbing nearby roots. Grow crops under horticultural fleece to avoid carrot fly attacks. Will mature roughly 68 days from germination.
