Double rows of bright funnel-shaped flowers are produced in double rows along the top of slightly arching racemes.A showy bulbous perennial with sword-shaped mid-green leaves, the Crocosmia is ideal for planting in bold swathes through hot themed borders - or even just in pots to cheer up a sad-looking patio.The Crocosmia's tall upright habit make it the perfect partner for many flowering grasses. We recommend accompanying mixed Crocosmia with lower growing Heleniums in similar shades for a scorching wall of colour.7cm+ bulbs supplied. Flowering throughout the summer. Height 1.2m.

Crocosmia are best planted in fertile, well drained soil in the spring. They can tolerate full sun or partial shade, and best planted in groups. Ideal for border or containers.Take some precaution in the winter to help protect the bulbs (for example apply a mulch annually) and water freely to assist in the growth.A vibrant mix of colours to produce an amazing display as illustrated.
