Growing at a glance…
Cut back eryngiums when their blooms begin to fade, as this will help encourage future growth. Plant in well-dug and prepared soil. Protect them from excessive winter wet. Ideal for planting in containers and front of border displays. To plant, dig a hole in the border that’s big enough to house the entire root ball. Do this until the top of the soil from the module is just below the top of the pot. Fill around the modules with soil and firm them down gently. Water well.
