Growing at a glance…
To plant loose roots, soak them in a bucket of water for 1-2 hours before planting, then dig a hole in the border that’s big enough to house the root system. If planting in pots, fill a large pot halfway with potting soil and then pop the roots in with the crown pointing upwards and the root system pointing to the floor. Plant in a sunny position, firm in and water well.
For Potted Plants: Plant out as soon as possible. Plant in well dug prepared soil with a little organic matter. Water well during the growing season to ensure the soil doesn't dry out too much. Remove old leaves and withered flower stems to encourage new growth. Apply a liquid feed every three/four weeks in summer.
