Growing at a glance…
To plant loose roots, soak them in a bucket of water for 1-2 hours before planting, then dig a hole in the border that’s big enough to house the root system. If planting in pots, fill a large pot halfway with potting soil and then pop the roots in with the crown pointing upwards and the root system pointing to the floor. Plant in a sunny position, firm in and water well.
Pot grown plants are bigger than our modules or plugs. We grow them until they produce foliage, allowing you to plant them directly outdoors on arrival. Their mature state means that they will flower faster than smaller plants, giving you plants sooner than if you had started them from scratch at home. Perfect for any flower bed, border or container this season. Water when their soil feels dry to touch, particularly in warm bouts of weather in the early morning or late evening once the sun has set.
