Heather is a great low-maintenance ground cover plant. This wonderful winter mixture produces an array of striking colours from pinks to purples that act as a colourful carpet when little else is in flower from December to February. The tiny flowers sit amongst petite green leaves in a compact nature reaching a height of just 35cm. These hardy flowers originate from Scotland and so are used to harsher climates. A great addition to creating a unique landscape with a splash of colour to patio containers, rockeries or the front of garden borders. We recommend planting in groups to gain more of a feature. 9cm Pot Plants supplied.

Winter Heather will flower in winter, when gardens often have little colour. They should be watered regularly during the growing season and are perfect for rockeries, borders or pots. They are an often chosen for ground cover plants as they will spread well once established.Should be planted in well drained, and slightly acidic soil, in a sunny location.
