Product Description
Emma Louise is a beautiful and classic variety of Iris germanica that produces fabulous feathery pale blue standards and sweeping deep violet falls with a buttery yellow base. These striking flowers stand atop sturdy green stems at a height of 70cm with grey-green narrow leaves swaying below. A firm favourite within the British border, these hardy clump-forming perennials produce ever increasing foliage and bold exotic flowers that are perfect for brightening up the garden borders, banks or containers from May to June. They will also make wonderful cut-flower displays to be enjoyed as part of a striking floral arrangement, so we recommend planting enough of this beautiful flower to enjoy both in and outdoors. Performing best in full sun, they can be grown in any normal to wet soil. First grade loose roots supplied.
