Supreme Sultan is an eye-catching Iris germanica variety that produces wonderful fall petals of a deep burgundy colour melting to a rich red edge, alternating with yellow standards met by golden beards. These impressive flowers mature to 65cm tall and stand above lance-shaped green foliage that highlights these beautiful flowers. Iris germanica, otherwise known as large flowering bearded Iris, are a firm favourite in the Great British border or plant within containers to create interest on patios or decking. They will also make excellent cut-flower displays to be enjoyed within the home. We recommend planting in sunny areas in moist, fertile soil where they will thrive. First grade loose roots supplied.
