Product Description
Leek Bulgarian Giant is a highly reliable and is one of the fastest varieties to come to harvest. Will provide thick crops with a sweet taste. May produce flowers if they bolt in their first year, appearing in shades of pale pinks and whites. Sow indoors from January to March or directly outdoors from March to April. Alternate your harvest once plants mature.

Growing at a glance…
Propagate by seed in early spring to early summer. Sow 1-2cm deep and the same apart in rows apart. Thin seedlings to 5-10cm apart which can be transplanted or eaten. Ensure the location is nice and sunny. If you prefer an early crop sow mid-spring, roughly 6 weeks before the last expected frost in your area.
